stamp one of the cute little snowmen from the Gerda Steiner Designs Snowman Friends stamp set on Perfect Colouring Paper with Memento (Tuxedo Black) and color him with Delta Markers
in order to add more texture apply Liquid Applique to his cap and stamp the scarf on a piece of light blue felt with VersaMagic (Midnight Black)
cut out a notebook page from patterned paper, stamp the sentiment from Gerda Steiner Designs Deck the Halls and heat-emboss it with white super fine embossing powder
use a snowfall embossing folder on the white cardbase and tie twine around it
